Basquiat at Tiffany’s

When it comes to celebrity embodiment of luxury, one couple comes to mind; Bey and Jay.

And now it looks like one of the world’s most famous jewelers, Tiffany & Co., agree.

The American jewelers, made more prominent by movies and songs over the years, have signed iconic music duo Beyoncé and Jay-Z to an ad campaign for the ages.

The collaboration, spearheaded by Tiffany’s parent company LVMH, is said to cover deals in art, fashion, and Jay’s Armand de Brignac champagne brand. Alexandre Arnault (son of LMVH boss Bernard Arnault) has spared no expense on the campaign, purchasing a Basquiat painting and donating $2 million to historically black colleges- which no doubt won the approval of the Carters.

Tiffany has titled this campaign ‘ABOUT LOVE’ and hopes it drawers the eyes of younger buyers.

While we wait to see how successful their strategy proves, now seems like a a good time to take a little stroll around Tiffany’s Baha Mar location.
